Nathan Te Miha (Ngāti Porou) is Torokaha’s managing director.
Nathan co-founded Iconiq Group and has been instrumental to its growth to one of New Zealand’s leading construction and delivery partners for government housing.
Nathan has overseen Iconiq’s regional development projects in partnership with Iwi.

This has seen Iconiq become a trusted developer and build partner for Kāinga Ora and other government departments.

Nathan Te Miha
Nathan has over 20 years’ experience in construction, starting on the ground as a carpenter, working to management as Iconiq’s Construction Director.
Nathan has a key focus on mobilising the construction sector and government departments and agencies in support of Māori housing and economic development.
Todd Scrafton
Todd has extensive experience in construction and development, starting his career as a carpenter, leading to his current role as Iconiq’s Managing Director.
Todd leads commercial and development matters. His core focus is on systematising the construction and development process to deliver housing at scale

Ross Pennington
Ross has extensive experience with legal and capital structuring, specialising in capital markets and structured finance.
Ross’ core focus is to leverage his relationship with government, banks and capital markets investors to deliver scalable financial structures that give project owners access to efficient funding.
